In the inventory management fields, how to formulate a scientific and high-effective inventory management strategy has attracted a large number of domestic and international management, mathematics and intelligent optimization scholars' eyes, so the inventory management is becoming one of the hottest interdisciplinary research problems. Not only too much material but also too less material in inventory will cause increased inventory storage costs. So the cores of the inventory management is minimizing the total storage costs and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.This paper studies the management strategy in two aspects:deterministic and stochastic inventory control system. It is full of theoretical and practical significance to analysis these problems.For deterministic demand situation, many factors such as stock sales, partial backlogging and deteriorating rate are considered into the flower inventory system in Wuhan. Further, supply system and raw material system are combined, then the multi-level VMI inventory control system is established. In this VMI system, not only the logistics system features, structure of costs and decision variables are analyzed, but also the optimization model with minimum total cost is established. Then the sensitivity of the key parameters are analyzed and the optimum ordering strategy for different service levels is gave in this paper. The results verify the conclusion: the level of customer service and the order cycle have greater impact on retailers and suppliers'logistics systems, so the production strategies must be adjusted according to these two parameters.According to the actual condition, further study on uncertainty demand case, namely the stochastic inventory control system is done. According to examples, the inventory model with two type items is set up in this paper. Due to the introduction of uncertainty factors, the computer simulation technology in simulating the random demand of inventory model is used and the better feasible solution is got in this paper.
