Under The Background Of Economic Transformation Of C-Bank Dongguan Branch Development Strategy Study

This thesis systematically studied the strategic problems during the development of C-Bank Dongguan Branch and puts forward the proposed plans and measures to realize this strategy.First of all, this thesis deeply and comprehensively analyzes from the perspective of external factors including suppliers, customers, competitors, political and legal factor, social factor, and economic factors, finds out the opportunities for and threats against the enterprise development strategy, and analyzes through the EFE matrix.And then, it deeply and comprehensively analyzes from the perspective of internal conditions including the enterprise internal resources, ability and the core competitiveness, match and evaluate the key opportunities, threats, advantages and weaknesses among external and internal factors, and puts forward the strategic alternatives that can be adopted by this enterprise.Finally, on the basis of comparative analysis, this thesis, by using SWOT method, make a development strategy for C-Bank Dongguan Branch in dynamic environment—lower capital consumption. This thesis proposes the measures to realize the targets of the development strategy.C-Bank Dongguan Branch, with its own universality and particularity, is a microcosm of those city branches of the nation-wide commercial banks. Its particularity is that it is a 1st-tier branch which directly belongs to the general bank though it is located in Dongguan, a Prefectural-Level city, whose situation is extremely rare and is very valuable to the flat management of banks.Its Universality is that its main business area is within Dongguan city and it almost has no business outside Dongguan city, which is very similar to the branches of other banks. As a result, this thesis is valuable for reference for those branches of nation-wide commercial banks to make operation strategy. Meanwhile, this strategy and its supporting measures have the same value of reference for those local commercial banks such as Dongguan Bank and Dongguan Agricultural & Commercial Bank.
