A Study On Funds Management Program Within Donggang Real Estate Group

In the current process of national economic development, real estate industry, the important material guarantee of building a harmonious society, is directly related to national economic development. With the deepening of China's economic reforms and rapid economic development, enterprises group has been rapidly grown and gradually developed into an important force in our economy. However, the management of funds, especially in financial management concepts and financial management practices, domestic enterprises groups are far behind foreign ones.Inspired by advanced funds management ideas, Donggang Group has done a lot of useful attempt in fund management practices. However, due to internal and external environment, industry characteristics, institutional changes, information technology, financial environment and impact of its management level, there is still a big gap in current funds management level between A Group and advanced enterprises groups both at home and abroad.Based on the study on the funds management theories and practice, this paper finds out the present situation of funds management in enterprises groups. Taking Donggang Group as example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in funds management with looking into its financial status. According to the objectives and principles of funds management, based on the methods and contents of Donggang's internal funds management, it comes to the conclusion the solution of internal funds management is implementing "Cash Pool". Additionally, the status and suggestions of improving Donggang's risk control of funds are also included.With the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, normative and empirical analysis, it makes a deep understanding of internal funds management of enterprises groups, and some comprehension of real estate industry. Besides, the paper comes to improvements of funds management program within Donggang Group. It hopes to propose some recommendations to improve its funds management level and reference to other real estate groups.
