As a small and medium sized private enterprise, the company is subjected to financing restricts and limits in the development. Financing is an important component part in managing the company. In reference to the financing theory in the West countries and that in our country, this paper analyzes the development of the company in recent years and also analyzes the current status about financing in the company. It finds out some of the advantages about financing and points out the existing problems in the company. Reference to the company's development planning, it sorts out financing requirements about the short-term and long-term development planning in the company. By comparing of different financing methods in the company and analyses factors of costs and risks etc., then financing planning which is better fit for the company's development can be optimized. The short-term financing planning for the company includes investment from stockholder, introduction of strategy corporation, bank loan and issuing notes about asset etc. and finance leasing is regarded as the complement for the current financing planning.
