| Family firms are growing booming these years, they are becoming the new growth points for our economy's sustainable improvement. But the inherent abuses are seriously restricting the quick development of family firms. The paper is mainly discussing the typical problem of human relations in family firms, which is chosen from the series problems that family firms in growth stage are facing.
