This article analyzes the impact of the government,labor,transportation costs,fixed assets.In this paper, we use the data of automobile in Chinese twenty-nine provinces from 2000 year to 2008 year, then we establish the Panel Data model of the automobile industry agglomeration's affect factors to test the impact of various factors. Based on empirical analysis, we put forward some corresponding suggestions.
