The Farmers' Income Problem Research Since Reform And Opening In China

At present,agriculture, rural areas and farmers are social's main problem in China,and the farmers is the core problem. The farmers' incomet problem is the most outstanding performance in peasans ' problem. Good good study,analysis, solve problem of farmers' income is important task of China's current policy formulation and executor of, but also for the vast number of scholars important academic research content.Since 1978,after reform and opening-up, great changes have taken place in China's rural management environment and farmer income sources.First, the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, improved the farmers' enthusiasm, and agricultural income increased. With the quickening of the process of industrialization, farmers began into the city to obtain the considerable salary income.In addition, the state of rural financial transfer expenditure is a gradual increase ,and farmers' income from property consciousness is also increase steadily. Will China farmer income itself, is gradually improve. However, although the total income of farmers increased, the growth process showed more outstanding problems, and embodied in three aspects,(1) the farmers' income growth, present lagging slow growth. (2) the rural residents and urban residents income gap existing expand issues, namely the income gap between urban and rural problems. (3) the farmers' income internal income disparity, as shown in the farmers' income gap of overall level and provincial level.This article from the above three aspects and combined the existing research resultsin,through descriptive statistics andmeasurement of economic research, analyses three aspects specific factors of the farmer's income, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of farmers' income. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part, leads to articles to research the problem of farmers' income, the author at home and abroad for the issue of farmers' income, the research status and summarized. The last of this paper present the research contents and methods.The second part, is about the fundamentals of problem of farmers' income is analyzed from three aspects,through the data and graphic analysis of the problems existing in the peasants' income,namely,the farmers' income growth lags economic growth and income growth too slow, the income gap between urban and rural area significantly, and enlarging trend,and the farmers' income internal appear not to balance, income of farmers overall level and provincial levels substantial gap.The third part is factor analysis of our country farmers' income existing problem.Through theoretical factor analysis and econometrics on statistical analysis, we can draw that Chinese farmers' income were too slow, and urban and rural residents income gap and farmer income gap of internal reasons aer obvious. The fourth part, solve the problem of farmers' income countermeasures. This section according to above parts of the analytical results, from increasing farmers' income level and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural area angles proposed increasing farmers' income level of concrete means ,and from the balance the internal gap of peasants found out the feasibility countermeasure.The fifth part, summarizes the articles, points out the shortcomings of articles and put forwaed that may continue to study place.
