Microfinance is a kind of service that serves the financial services in low-income urban and rural areas. Microfinance provides poor farmers and micro-enterprises to access to self-employment and promote their survival and development towards themselves. It is not only a financial service innovation, but also a important way of helping the poor.Currently, the majority of the rural poor in developing countries are lack of funds for development. Due to the majority of rural poor lack of assets as collateral, it is difficult to obtain the funds needed for development. Factors of lack funding become bottlenecks that constraints of the labor, land development and other factors of production. Microfinance is innovative of the traditional and amount of poverty reduction, more and more people currently accept it. Although micro-credit support to some extent, the development of our country still faces many microfinance question, for example enormous demand, less quantity supplied; micro-credit institutions are not enough, policy, management constraints; the power of relative asymmetry imbalance. These problems is the starting point of this study, we hope to start from the perspective of supply and demand, analysis of the micro-credit problem of imbalance between supply and demand, which is given to solve the problem.This article is divided into six parts:The first part is an s a general introduction to the full text; the second part describes the basic theory of micro-credit in rural areas, Game Theory and other theories; the third part introduce the supply and demand analysis; the fourth part analysis the relationship between the game and the problems of the main supply; the fifth part describes the foreign development of rural micro-credit status and summed up the experience reference; the last part take the development of existing problems into account, make the recommendations of improving China's rural micro credit market policy.
