Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmer's Forestland Transfer And Its Correlation

June 2008,CPC Central Committee and State Council issued"suggestion on advancing the reform of collective forest right system"to require clearly : specification forestland and wood transfer,under the premise of the law,voluntary and paid,forestland contractor can take many ways to transfer the management rights of forestland and the ownership of forest resources.The forestland is as a kind of natural resources with capital attribute.And it is an important task on how to introduce the market mechanism and promote its circulation to make it transfer to more efficient peasant households or enterprises,optimize resource distribution and maximize the development value on the basis of forest right system reform.The circulate scale and speed of forestland is very low in our country,which has influenced the development of the forestry seriously.It is very necessary to find out the main factors influencing the forestland to promote the development of forestry.On the basis of research results both at home and abroad to synthesizing,this research carries on theory analysis in influencing factors of forestland transfer in rural areas.Regard Fujian Province as respondents,this paper carries on empirical research about the transfer of forest resources of farmers.Construct Probit model to explore the main factors which affect the transfer of forest land resource.There are three parts in the whole frame of this paper,the main content is as follows:The first part includes Chapters 1 and Chapter 2,to introduce the main topics of this research background and significance,and some research results have been reviewed,then define the relevant concepts circulated in forest land in the right reform of collective forest,and introduce the different patterns of forest resources to transfer.The second part includes Chapters 3,Chapter 4 and Chapter5.This part carries on theory analysis to different factors influencing the forest land to circulate at first.And then to describe the data obtained by statistical analysis,and establish the model supposed and analyzed.Then analyze the influencing factors with the Probit regression model.And analyze the significant factors associated with the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis method.The empirical results show:sorted by relevance size,significantly affect the forest resources,forest land transferred out are: forestland transfer process,whether to participate in forestry cooperation,non- agricultural income share of total household income,the number of family labor, significantly affect the forest resources,forest land transferred into are:forest area, satisfaction of the tender contract , forestland transfer process , forest right certification,forest plot number,age of household head.The third part,Chapter 6,this section is based on the analysis,and summarized briefly,then proposed countermeasures to promoting and regulating the forestland transfer.
