Study On Residents' Perceptions On Tourism Impacts In Yongtai County's Leisure Agriculture

Leisure agriculture is the recent development of new industry, is a new way of agricultural development, and also the new field of tourism development. Because of the rapid development of urbanization, industrialization, life stress, interpersonal tension and environmental pollution and so on, more and more people yearn for green life, eager to rural. The leisure agriculture as rural ecological, agricultural production and rural living as its connotation, and as tourism activities as the carrier. Leisure agriculture satisfied the demand of urban residents, and effectively promote the rural development, adjust agricultural structure and improve farmers' income, Leisure agriculture have got a huge development. But with the rise and development of leisure agriculture, it gradually makes some attention to people on local economic, social, cultural and environmental impact. This paper will combine leisure agriculture with residents'perceptions on tourism impact, bring evaluation index of perceptions on tourism impact into the analysis. Through introducing the development of Yongtai county of existing leisure agriculture, the paper analysis of Yongtai county leisure agriculture type. The paper studies the theory of industrial convergence, experience economy, community participation, the resort lifecycle and so on, chooses Yongtai county Tangqian town as samples, uses statistical software SPSS17.0, adopts independent sample t-test and Oneway ANOVA to process and analysis survey data.It summarizes the positive or negative influence of leisure agriculture, which bring to Yongtai county. analysis its different social demographic differences on leisure agriculture.It find Yongtai county's local residents mainly hold positive attitude with leisure agriculture.That is say leisure agriculture bring positive impact to Yongtai county much more than negative effects. Finally it suggests some advice hope to promote the development of leisure agriculture of Yongtai county,such as improve the local residents'understanding of leisure agriculture,give overall consideration and scientific plan,combine funky regional with agricultural technology, establish an effective mechanism of residents'participation, set up reasonable revenue sharing mechanism, establish and improve the tourism impact assessment and monitoring mechanism,strengthen agricultural's exchange and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
