The Research Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises' Organizational Structure Innovation Based On Life-cycle Theory

The enterprises has life cycle, the development of life cycle experiences growth process with different growing characteristics and the crisis in different developing stages, which requires company to implement innovation in different ways corresponding to it, in which, the innovation of organizational structure is the most important part. Small and Medium-Sized enterprises are the important part of Chinese national economy, it plays an important part in solving the employment, providing tax and promoting the development of national economy. The rationality of organizational structure of SMEs is an important issue. The prupose of this study is to find out the Small Middle-Sized tenterprises at different stages of life cycle the organizational structure that suits for its developing characteristics, and take the reform according to the specific situation, which enables enterprises to better use the organizational structure to achieve sustainable development.In this paper, the theory of the organizational structure of enterprises and the enterprise life cycle theory will be firstly introduced, in which part the theory of SMEs has been defined, the type and features of organizational structure are also introduced in this part; the evaluation index system of organizational structure was constructed and the introduction of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model make the upholstery for future evaluation of the specific organizational structure, and describes the enterprise life cycle theory. including different scholars'views on the life cycle theory of organizational structure. secondly,discussed the current innovation of SMEs.and then simply introduced the two ways of innovation. thirdly, Based on the life cycle theory stated before, the life cycle modern for SMEs is built up, and the characteristics in various stages will be illustrated here, by different indicators, the various stages of organizational structure and types would be compared, on the basis of this comparison, the contents of the enterprises in the incubation period, start-up, growth, maturity, decline at all stages of the organizational structure of innovation will be respectively discussed. Finally, is the part of case analysis for Dongda Limited Co.status of its organizational structure evaluating, and pointing out the existing problems and putting forward its optimization, Provide a reference for the enterprise and other enterprises how to innovate the organizational structure.
