With the rapid advance of economic globalization and the fast development of information technology, the market competition is getting very fierce. The promotion of Chinese automotive industry overall competitiveness is based on the premise that the development of automotive parts enterprises and automotive enterprises must keep pace. Now, the development of the domestic automotive parts enterprises, which are in the majority in Chinese automotive industry, is still in the stage of transitional competition, whose features are dispersive, smaller scale and relatively lower level of informatization and supply chain management. This has been a bottleneck restricting the overall development of the automotive industry. Based on the limitations of automotive parts enterprises in production, funds and time, a single supply pattern in the traditional supply chain of automotive parts enterprises is being replaced by the patterns of outsourcing supply and alliance supply, whose goals are risk differentiation and win-win cooperation. And then, the task optimal scheduling for purchase order in supply chain has become one of the important tasks on design and management for purchase in supply chain. According to the actual demand in design for purchase in supply chain of automotive parts enterprises, this paper studies on scheduling management framework model, optimal scheduling method and scheduling management system for purchase order task. The research contents are as follows:1. After researching on present status and problems of supply chain of automotive parts enterprises at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the lack of purchasing management in the Chinese supply chain of automotive parts enterprises, and establishes the goals and the objects of task optimal scheduling for purchase order in supply chain of automotive parts enterprises.2. In view of the structural characteristics of the Chinese supply chain of automotive parts enterprises, the paper gives the development requirements of its task scheduling for purchase order, establishes the scheduling management framework model for purchase order task in supply chain towards 3rd-class parts supply enterprises, and designs the scheduling goal system which stands out production capacity index and product quality index.3. The paper presents the optimal scheduling method for purchase order in supply chain of automotive parts enterprises and gives its scheduling process model. On these bases, comprehensive optimal scheduling algorithm based on both fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm and genetic algorithm and evaluation algorithm of scheduling result based on TOPSIS algorithm are put forward, and the corresponding case study is given by Matlab6.5 system.4. On the basis of theory, according to the actual situation of automotive parts enterprises, the paper designs and develops the system of task scheduling for purchase order in supply chain of automotive parts enterprises based on C++Builder6.0.Studies on task scheduling for purchase order in supply chain of automotive parts enterprises for stratagem requirements of informatization developmentā€”to boost the level of supply chain management of small and medium-size automotive parts enterprises. Achievements of the paper will be helpful to optimize supply chain structure and improve the cooperation efficiency between automotive parts enterprises and competitive advantage of whole industry.
