Transport Mechanism And Form Mechanism Of Electricity Price

Power price was influenced by a large number of complex factors, pricing mechanism of China is unreasonable, the rationality evaluation and linkage mechanism of power price are alwaysthe concerned problem in China. Firstly, influencing factors of chain of power price were analyzed based on Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) and index systems were constructed. And the transport mechanisms of power price based on risk analysis were proposed, which was a quantifiable progress. Then the order of influence degree of risk factors was concluded. We hope to provide basis for electric price management and risk aversion. Then, the transport coefficients of each stage and all the chains were quantified by matrix. The linkage mechanism of power price was established based on the profit equilibrium principle and compared with the present linkage model, and the transmission and distribution price was figured up according to the voltage class. We hope to provide basis for the form mechanism of electricity price, electric price management and risk aversion. Finally, based on the CGE model, this paper simulates the impact of electricity price adjustment on economic and environment. First, four level of electricity price fluctuated are set in the paper,5%,10%,15%,20%, respectively, and the demand of electricity, GDP and coal, et al. can be concluded based on the above four levels. Then the impacts of electricity price adjustment on the national economy and environment are analyzed based on the simulated result of CGE model. Finally, according to the analysis result, the reasonable power pricing mechanism is concluded, which corresponds the equilibrium condition of economy and environmental protection when power price is fluctuated. The power pricing mechanism will provide due support for the formulation of electricity pricing policy when considering the equilibrium condition of economy and environmental protection for China and other developing countries.
