Central Air Conditioning Installation Project Quality Management Research

Construction industry is China's pillar industry, which has great influence on the national economic development speed as well as the conversion of economy growth approach. In order to accelerate the reform and development of construction industry, the following action plans are needed:raise the general competence and competitiveness of construction industry, establish standardized, scientific and integrated project construction quality management system, and improve the quality of construction industry. The quality management of central air conditioning installation projects is thus very important, because it is a part of construction project. In recent 10 years, the increase rate of central air conditioning industry is 20%, around 10 times that of international level. China has become the third biggest air conditioning production country following America and Japan, with an annual production close to 100,000 units. After the quality of central air conditioning installation project is raised, people would have a more comfortable living and working environment. Raising the quality of central air conditioning installation project has great meanings.This paper conducted the quality management research of central air conditioning installation project based on the principles of construction projects quality management together with actual cases. Firstly, the meaning and development process of construction project quality management as well as its development process is introduced. Secondly, the concept and management method of quality management and engineering project quality management is presented, with detailed analysis of influential factors and current problems. Through the introduction of establishing and operating central air conditioning installation projects quality system, controlling factors and measures are presented. Finally, combined with the above method and solutions, and quality management of central air conditioning installation project process is studied and analyzed using actual case of Xinfadi residential community projects.
