Research On Synthesis Governance Of Internet Harmful Information

Since Twentieth Century, the Internet has evolved into the most important information infrastructure in the world and infiltrated various social fields such as politics, economy, trade, culture and education etc. Internet improves the operation efficiency of society and the development of productivity. Meanwhile, it brings convenient to the production and life of people. However, the spread of Internet harmful information also results in terrible impact on the society and how to govern Internet harmful information becomes an important issue in the world.The paper is based on the Governance Theory of Internet harmful information and proposes the necessity of synthesis governance of Internet harmful information through analyzing the reasons, channels and the damage of the spread of Internet harmful information. On this basis, the paper analyses the current governance situation of Chinese Internet harmful information and finds the existing problems. At the same time, the paper constructs the Synthesis Governance Model of Chinese Internet harmful information according to Internet harmful information governance experience of the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore and South Korea. Finally, the paper gives some relative proposals about the synthesis governance of Internet harmful information.The paper argues that the synthesis governance of Internet harmful information should be conducted from multiple perspectives at multiple levels. We should take advantage of legal, administrative, self-discipline, moral and technical measures to governance. The departments should coordinate with each other and enhance the international communication and cooperation in order to create healthy and harmonious Internet social environment. I hope the research can provide some useful inspiration for the improvement of Chinese synthesis governance of Internet harmful information.
