So that, as "revolving door" phenomenon, do "collaboration door" phenomenon threat to auditor independence? Do "collaboration door" phenomenon also threat to independence of independent director? Using all A-share listed companies of China from 2007 to 2009 as research samples, this paper establishes two Logistic regression modal of the audit opinions and audit firms change, in order to test "collaboration door" phenomenon how to affect the independence of auditors and independent directors. We found that between the association of independent directors and the non-standard audit opinion are significant negative correlation, at the same time between the association of independent directors and audit firms change are also significant negative correlation.
