Research On The Conditions And Path Of RMB Internationalization

With China's more and more comprehensive national strength and economic strength, the internationalization of RMB has become a research hotspot in theoretical circles at home and abroad.In this paper, we discuss about the meaning of international currency, the function, the benefit and cost of the internationalization of currency. Besides, the realization of currencies internationalization makes the domestic economy vulnerable tointernational economic fluctuations, and the effect of domestic economic policy may be affected.At this stage, the internationalization of the RMB, driven by government policy has got some achievements, but compared to other international currencies, the RMB is still at a relatively low degree of internationalization.In this paper, we discuss the conditions and the path selection of the currency internationalization in details at this stage, in order to address the reality of the internationalization of RMB.
