Diversified business is not only a strategic approach to develop rapidly for enterprises at home and abroad but also a hot topic to study and discuss both in theory and actual. Implementing the strategy of diversification can exploit enterprises' advantages to the full, take advantage of market opportunity more effective, diversify or avoid business risk and promote enterprises to achieve sustainable development and stable operation. In practice of diversified business, though there is no lack of classic examples of success, some enterprises launch diversified business blindly and are caught in the trap of diversification. Therefore it is an essential condition to achieve the success of diversity that enterprises should analyze the superiority and inferiority in the inside and outside environment, conduct diversified business pertinently and control risks in the process of diversified business.Corporations of W District in Shenzhen are new economic organizations transformed by rural collective economy. After decades of development, company business involves diversification and the production and operating activities are conducted around reserved land and property. By the pattern of exploiting real estate and renting plant and shops to make profits, the production and operation mode is unitary and the business benefit is far from satisfactory. As the defects in mechanism system and management exposed, along with the lack of land, talent and funds, the development of the corporations is facing serious constrains. Meanwhile, practice shows that the singleton pattern lacks the competence of preventing, dispersing and withstanding risks. Therefore it is an important development direction of corporations of W District in Shenzhen to implement the strategy of diversification, take full advantage of resource and strength, outstand core competitiveness, develop new growth point and, accelerate the transformation and upgrade of community economic.Based on strategic analysis tool and relevant theoretical analysis, the paper studies the strategy of diversification of the special corporations of W District in Shenzhen in four parts. The first, by reviewing the development history combined with the actual state of the corporations of W District, the article analyzes the problems and causes and then put forward the necessity and feasibility of the corporations of W District to implementing the strategy of diversification. The second, according to the strategic goals of corporations of W District in Shenzhen and the basis of diversification strategies, the paper analyzes the internal and external conditions of corporations of W district using SWOT matrix which provides scientific props for diversified development of the corporations of W District. The third, the article studies the implement of diversification strategies from the aspect of the timing choice, the entry strategies and the implementation strategies. On that basis, proposes strategy of diversifying development models which suits for the corporations of W District in Shenzhen. The last, the paper analyzes the possible risks when implement the diversification strategies and their countermeasures, hoping that the results can provides reference for relative corporations when implementing the strategy of diversification, especially the corporations of W District in Shenzhen.
