Finance as the core of modern economy, the development of the national economy plays an important role. The development of a country's financial sector is not only the issue of how much financial corporate profits, but also about the development of the national economy as well as the stability of society as a whole, the reform of the country is now especially. 97 years and the 2007 Asian financial crisis in U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the global financial crisis fully verify this. Mature experience from Western countries to improve the performance evaluation standards and to construct a reasonable performance evaluation system is to ensure an effective means of financial sector development. At present, China's performance evaluation system of commercial banks there is a lack of strategic objectives, lack of core indicators, ignore the capital costs and ignore the non-financial indicators and many other issues, how to build an effective performance evaluation system of commercial banks has become an important issue in China's financial industry. Based on such background, the reference method for internationally active banks advanced system, trying to build for our performance evaluation system of commercial banks. In the new method of performance evaluation, EVA into account the cost of capital, to truly reflect the bank's financial performance, BSC is a multidimensional indicator system, you can more fully reflect the bank's operating performance. EVA and BSC of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, based on the attempt to combine the two, building the bank's vision and strategic objectives as a guide to EVA as the ultimate measure of dimension indicators to balanced scorecard Four dimensions of the chain of causation to support the five dimensions of performance evaluation system of commercial banks. In this paper, 12 listed commercial banks in the 2009 annual report and stock market information, based on the design of performance evaluation system for ranking the empirical analysis and synthesis, in-depth analysis of the performance differences caused by the reasons for the inter-bank, followed by paper and the use of principal component analysis from the financial dimensions of the 20 indicators in six principal components extracted to identify the drivers of the value of the bank, showing that the designed performance evaluation system for scientific. In this paper, statistics, finance, accounting, and econometrics as a guide, the integrated use of AHP-level analysis, principal component analysis and other mathematical methods of multivariate statistical analysis, try to subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method used in combination, strive to build a new situation for the Performance Management of Commercial Banks to provide a guiding role in the performance evaluation system.
