Problems And Suggestions Of The Current Sources Of Revenue Management In Our Region

Tax revenue source management is not a new topic, if there is a state, then there must be tax; if there is tax, then there must be sources of tax revenue management issues. "How to manage" is the core issue that makes the tax officials perplex and assiduously explore the solutions. Sources of tax revenue management is the fundamental part of the tax collection and management work, the level of tax sources management directly determines the quality and efficiency of tax collection and managing, and it impacts on the size and growth rate of tax income. Taking practical reform measures to promote tax source management level is particularly urgent and important, especially in the case of currently high economic growth and relatively large structural changes of tax source in our region.In addition to introduction, this article conducted on the sources of tax revenue management from four factors. The key elements are the present problems and analyzing of the reasons of the main problems in our region:described the revenue sources managing mechanism, measures as well as related legal system and the lack of tax administrator area. Also, brought up the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the managing of our region:To establish a new system with professional features; to implement the scientific and effective tax revenue source managing methods; to improve the tax legal system; to establish a sound tax administrator system. Provided thoughts for further reform of tax source managing in our region.
