Therefore from 1999 until now, resource-based enterprises such as coal, iron ore, nonferrous metal, rare earth etc through acquisitions restructuring way, at the same time resource-based enterprises large expansion with use new technology, USES the advanced equipment to mining exhausting and deterioration of mineral resources. This article through the investigation in Inner Mongolia resource-based enterprises, technology innovation and expansion of the present situation, the sustainable development of the growth situation first-hand material, establish data-a database; After fixed effects inspection, random effects of inspection and test decision.in time effect after that resource-based enterprises return scale expansion and technological innovation, significantly correlative Technology innovation and sustainable growth, significantly correlative Scale expansion of a significant negative correlation with sustainable growth:But because the resource-based enterprises the constraint condition of inherent resource-based enterprises more suitable for indirect innovation rather than direct innovation.
