However, the fund supplying rural financial market from the formal finance has been decreasing, which don't meet the demand of the development of rural economy. Under this background, the informal financial activities which has existed for several thousands years flourishes again in most rural areas of China have growled well. Therefore it's significant for the study of the connection of the rural informal finance and the strategy of guiding the rural non-formal financial.The paper first of all, expounds some related definition of informal finance and then analyzes the appearance of informal finance from the finance repression and credit rationing. It's affording essential prerequisite. Next the paper analyzes the history, current situation of the informal finance in China. On the base of the China rural informal finance, it summarizes the influence of the rural informal finance to the development of the rural economy. Finally, according to the domestic and foreign experience of the rural informal finance, proposed the suggestion of the informal finance development.The paper applies the method of induction analyzing the existed forms, history, current situation and the scale of informal finance in rural areas. It use comparative method from the regulation, interest rates, and information comparing the rural formal finance and informal finance; From urban and rural people's income, total financial expenditure and agricultural expenditure accounted analyze the existence of informal finance in rural areas. The article also analyzes with standardized methods in the development of rural informal finance. On the basic conclusion of the rural informal finance, It proposed some strategy of guiding and standardizes the development of rural non-formal finance construction.
