The Research On Technology Innovation Motivation Mechanism Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi Province

Equipment manufacturing offers production technical equipment for national economy and national defense construction. It is the key component for manufacturing industry, as well as the foundation for national economic development, especially industrial development. Equipment manufacturing is the fifth leading industry in Shanxi province; however, it still ranks after many others among the national equipment manufacturers. Compared with those developed provinces, there is still great disparity. During the time of science and technology development and economic globalization,equipment manufacturing has demonstrated the new improvement. Advanced equipment manufacturing has become the trend. Therefore, the importance of technological innovation to development of equipment manufacturing is self-evident. The development of the equipment manufacturing is the attention of the height to the Party and our country. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Shanxi Government issued the related regulations in succession, which strongly proposed to revitalize the equipment manufacturing of Shanxi. Meanwhile, the development of advanced equipment manufacturing has been brought into "the 12th five-year-plan" in China. It is significantly meaningful to further our research in the area of technological innovation and motivated force mechanism of equipment manufacturing.This article is based on theory of the motivated force mechanism in technological innovation. It draws support from SWOT analysis , AHP analysis, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and carries on the research of the following several respects regarding technological innovation motivated force mechanism of equipment manufacturing in Shanxi:1. Summarized the theory of technological innovation, local innovation, and technological innovation motive force, which has offered the theoretical foundation for analysis of the technological innovation motivated force of equipment manufacture in Shanxi.2. Utilized SWOT analysis , carried on research on technological innovation motivated force by the analysis on the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in equipment manufacturing in Shanxi Province. It also pointed out the problems existed in the technological innovation motivated force mechanism of equipment manufacturing in Shanxi Province for further research. At the same time,through analysis on innovative enterprises in Taiyuan city and heavy industry enterprises' technological innovation in Taiyuan, it pointed out the importance of the technological innovation motivated force in equipment manufacturing in Shanxi.3. through analysis on motivated force mechanism,found out the domestic and foreign key elements which have great impact on technological innovation motivated force. It also structured evaluation model for technological innovation motivated force mechanism in equipment manufacturing in Shanxi. After the model was established,it confirmed the weight of every factor in the model with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP method) , collected data by questionnaires, and evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment.4. Provided strategies and suggestions to strengthen the technological innovation motivated force in equipment manufacturing in Shanxi from the macro and micro scopes. It included perfecting the cooperation of production , teaching , and research, strengthening government's support, implementing strategies for intellectual property right and innovative talents and so on.
