In recent years, with the rapid development of the market economy and increasing emphasis on the humanistic spirit, more and more companies are beginning to recognize the importance of corporate culture, and engaged in constructing corporate culture. However, many theorists'studies of the enterprise culture are focused on the corporate spirit culture. The research on corporate system culture is still weak, lack of deepness and systematicness. And in practice, some anomie phenomena that appear in the enterprise relate more with the corporate system. Therefore, in theory and practice, the research of construction of the corporate system culture has its positive significance. In the context of building the harmonious socialist society, the construction of corporate system culture must be under the view of harmonious society, so that enterprises in the construction of the harmonious socialist society emit heat and light. On the basis of the theory of harmony and the theory of corporate culture, the paper uses the research method of literature, the method of qualitative analysis and the research methods of interdisciplinary to analyze and research the corporate system culture under the view of harmonious society systematically. The main part of the paper consists of four parts:Part One: the connotation of the corporate system culture under the view of harmonious society. First, the paper defines the connotation of corporate system culture; analyzes the relationship between the corporate rules and corporate system culture; clarifies three misconceptions of the building of corporate system culture. Second, under the view of harmonious society, the paper defines the connotation of the corporate system culture.Part II: the paper analyzes the values of building corporate system culture under the view of harmonious society, including the values for society, the values for enterprise and the values for staff.Part III: under the view of harmonious society, there are many problems and the causes of emerging the problems that exist in building corporate system culture. First, in the critical period of building the harmonious socialist society, many companies have various problems that exist in building the corporate system culture. These problems primarily shine through the rules and regulations. Second, the paper analyzes three causes of emerging these problems.Part IV: under the view of harmonious society, the paper proposes the path of constructing the corporate system culture. First, the core is establishing the cultural concept that consists with the requirements of the harmonious society. Second, the key is establishing and perfecting the corporate rules and regulations that adapt to the needs of the harmonious society. Third, the safeguard is improving national legislation on the business regulations and fully playing the role of trade unions.
