Pharmaceutical industry has become the world wide attention and to develop, compete fiercely with each other as a focus. In China, the pharmaceutical industry has increasingly become a focus of attention of the whole society. The capital structure of the pharmaceutical industry and the relationship between corporate performance can not only affect the pharmaceutical industry knowledge and understanding of the development of the internal factors, but also through the adjustment of capital structure of pharmaceutical companies to promote healthy development toward maturity.Therefore, China's pharmaceutical industry, this paper Capital Structure and Corporate Performance study has important practical significance.In the paper the structure of the arrangement, the first chapter is outlines the background papers and practical significance, explained domestic and foreign scholars to date on the Capital Structure and Corporate Performance of theoretical perspectives and research methods and results, and introduced the idea of thesis research, using research methods and The innovation of this paper and weaknesses.
