Research On Financing Constraints About China's Rural SMES

In the process of economic development in our country, though the rural SMES have developing in some degree, but it is in a weak position has not got radical change. Along with our country socialist market economy continues to perfect and the level of industrialization continues to improve, cultivating rural SMES has become an important issue of further developing market economy. The fifth plenary session of the proposed "new rural construction", in order to achieve the goal of greatly improve the income of the peasants, we must transfer out the rural surplus labor, while the city cannot completely absorb , so the rural surplus labor should find a new way. Because rural SMES'characteristics of"land without leaving the home", the rural SMES become to be the main ways of solving problems. At present, the environment of financing and financing constraining have become the important factor of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Combining the characteristic of rural small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper expounds the situation of rural SMES' financing difficult and analyzes macro and micro reason. According the successful classic cases of develping rural SMES at home and abroad, the paper want to explore the suitable development pattern of rural SMES and find the solution of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, to promote the further development of rural areas and national economy .This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the preface, mainly elaborated in this paper expatiates the background and reasons. The second part is about enterprise capital theory, including financing and constraint theory. The third part is about the definiation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and from two angles of exogenous financing and internal financing expounds the present situation of rural sme financing difficulty of financing and the reason for this problem, this also made mattin for later chapters . The fourth part expounds the reason of SMES financing difficult by analyzing zhejiang, gansu, shanxi provinces studied survey data. The fifth part gives some solutions to the problems of rural SMES' financing. In view of the rural SMES's important position in the country's economic development, this paper argues that the key place is to under the guidance of national policy and capital investment, effectively improve under the support of its internal and external environment, to broaden the financing channels, to improve in all aspects, including financial institutions and investors of guarantee agencies and the enthusiasm of its investment farmers, and to construct a diversified rural SMES' financing system.
