Pricing Study Of Logistics-Finance Sevice For Inventory Impawn Financing

Since China's accession to the WTO, the logistics industry has been developing rapidly. Particularly for foreign logistics enterprises access rapidly, the traditional pattern of the logistics industry has been broken. The logistics market has been prompted, and the market competition has been formed and will further aggravate. These all will require us transform the traditional logistics enterprises into a modernlogistics enterprise. Logistics-finance,with its higher append-value and perfectly performance in both logistics and finance , is now becoming more and more popular.Logistics-finance brings profit to all the participants-- financial institutions,logistics company and the company who Applies for loans.Financial institutions and logistics together provide loans to the small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Logistics-finance is now a hot point in the logistic theoretical research field.Many scholars did their research by different ways. Some qualitative researches like logistics-finance'difinition and operating model are ripe enough, but quantitative researches for the pricing model of logistics-finance is just getting start. Based on this situation, this article first analyzes the status of logistics-finance and operating model, then uses the pricing model of logistics-finance to solve the problem of interests'distribution between debtor and creditor.This dissertation adopts methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and uses theories of Supply Chain Management and integration of logistics resource to analyze the importance of logistics-finance service. The logistics-finance service could improve logistics own value- added and enhance their competitative; Also it could meet the small and medium enterprises to speed up cash flow and meet the need of banks to carry out innovative business. Then considering the current status of logistics-finance and operating model to analyze the problem of interests'distribution, and to study the pricing model for inventory impawn financing under conditions of dynamic permissible delay in payments and dynamic discount rate. It formulates the pricing strategy of logistics-finance on the basis of the retailer's repayment strategy. With the case study of this model, this paper discusses the pricing models under the given parameters, tries to find the numerical solution and looks forward to provide a reference for the Supplier Credit of logistics-finance service.
