| According to National Statistics Web,more than 337.5 billion has been invested on renovation in manufacturing each year in China, and in recent years, the amount of investment has maintained 30% growth rate. So it is important to do these new facilities planning and make sure it is lean designed, it directly affects the cost of the factory after it is put into operation, and will play a multiplier role for the implementation of lean production.This paper defines the plant lean design system, lean design of the factory is divided into several modules, including the definition of lean factory design goals and establishing a multi-objective evaluation system, system lean design, and lean factory layout.Lean design of the factory is a multi-objective programming problem. it is difficult to quantify the relative importance of different objectives, we build an A-E evaluation system by comprehensive application of AHP and the information entropy theory. The paper use Flexsim to simulate the production process, not only on to provide the basic data for the A-E evaluation, but also provide a way to achieve Lean Design.Plant layout is an NP-Hard problem, when the number of device grows, it is impossible to get the final solution by precise mathematical methods, so we must use fuzzy algorithm to solve the lean factory layout. Simulated annealing algorithm can get the result fast and the optimization of the characteristics is on a high degree, so we use simulated annealing algorithm to get the final layout of the program.Finally, a practical project that solves the plant's lean design is shown by comprehensive application of simulation analysis and simulated annealing algorithm. and it prove that the lean design system can be well applied in some practical cases, make the final design as lean as possible, and make the decision-making processes to be more scientific and rigorous. |
