Study On Implementation Of Carbon Tax Based On Low-carbon Economy In China

Global warming is already becoming one of the important environmental issues today, there are ways to address global warming, one of which is use the economic means to solve it, in this context, Low-carbon economy in order to achieve low power consumption, low emission, low pollution targeted economic form, rapidly achieved worldwide recognition, and put it into practice.A carbon tax is usually used to solve environmental problems in recent years, although the carbon tax has been widely adopted around the world, especially Europe and the United States, but China has not yet introduced a carbon tax, which will seriously affect the development of China's low-carbon economy, coupled with a carbon tax in China is still the theoretical exploration stage, the developed countries'experience on carbon tax is very important for our country, for reference.This paper analyzes the domestic pressure to reduce emissions, to develop a low carbon economy, the implementation of a carbon tax is the only way, then analyzes the current environmental relating taxes, but the effect of these measures is not obvious, not reach our greenhouse gas emissions target, in this basis, the paper suggests a carbon tax, then, we make an empirical analysis on the influence of the national economy if the carbon tax was Implemented, and the results show that the carbon tax plays a driving force for our national economy.Therefore, we should introduce a carbon tax as soon as possible to respond to the pressure of China's current emissions.
