Unit Production Factory Lean Production Control And Management Research

The Research Object of this thesis is Lean under MTO unit production, on the basis of deeply analysis of research status,characters of unit production and lean production system, it tries to improve and complement Lean system in terms of Lean production control and Lean operational management system, make it adapted to unit production.Firstly, Lean production system and main technologies are introduced; the limitations of lean production control under unit production are addressed, as well as the missing link in Lean -Lean management system.Secondly, the characteristics and requirements of unit production are discussed, bottleneck analysis based on TOC theory, WIP control based on CONWIP theory, and visual schedule system with Kanban based on Lean construction -last planner system. It gives an adapted lean production and control mode for unit production, and implemented in ABC factory, it?ˉs well validated through the improvements.Thirdly, the basic elements of Lean management system are analyzed, it include standard work for leaders, visual controls, daily accountability process and discipline. The case of Lean operational management system in ABC factory is well demonstrated.By the implementation in ABC Company, it is proved that the improved Lean production control and Lean operational management system are suitable for MTO unit production factory.
