Under the promotion of reform and opening-up policy, China's non-public economy has made considerable progress. After several years'development, the status of non-public economy has moved from "add" to "an important part." Under this background, the title assessment of staff in non-public economic enterprise has become an important problem. The title assessment is the support and encouragement to the technical people, and in the process of title assessment reform, it is necessary to pay attention to non-public economy.The first chapter is the introduction, telling something about the research background, purpose and structure. The second chapter is paper review. The third chapter discusses the status of non-public economy and the demand of enterprise about talent. The fourth chapter analyzes the title assessment status in non-public ecnomy enterprises.The fifth chapter describes the assessment methods in foreign countries, in order to understand the reform direction. On the basis, the sixth chapter points out the reform countermeasures, including assessment series, institution, standard, process, continous education and monitoring mechanism. The last chapter is the conclusion.In the process of research, the author uses the methods of paper review, practice investigation, comparison and case study. This paper has two aspects'innovation: First, the paper chooses non-public economy to be the research object, and the research is more targeted and specific. Second, the paper designs trinity assessment structure, and the design of series, institution, standard, process, continuous education and monitoring mechanism all contribute to the practical support.
