A Study On Procurement Shortage For Electronic Components Under Supply Chain

This thesis starts from the electronic manufacturing, and then studies the risks of electronics manufacturing supply chain in the post-crisis era, companies should use some kinds of sourcing strategies to save these risks, the study for the electronic manufacturers has a practical significance, this study on the procurement strategy and supply chain provides a certain value of solution for companies'reference .This thesis focuse on electronic manufacturing supply risk, analyze of the specific circumstances that existed in enterprises, research what enterprises are concerned about the factors of different risks, based on the basics of supply chain management, procurement strategy, the thesis research in the new environment for sourcing strategy, supply chain management and discuss the significance of the applications in enterprise. Theoretical foundation about supply chain management is the guiding methodology of this research. Based on the methodology, we would like to introduce the details about analysis and solutions, it is to use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to assess the supply risk of components, it is to use Kraljic Matrix on the classification of components by our strategy, it is to use supply chain management to implement the different categories with different solutions, which can reduce supply risks, keep component supply. Finally, this thesis is based on some experience in management, organization structure of enterprise and business processes is carried out a limited discussion, help the company to implement specific solution.
