Researching And Implementation Of Financial Data Exchange Technology

Government Financial Management Information System,for short GFMIS, on the guideline of"government online",has been constructed and applied rapidly in branches business in the past years, therefore, these information systems only implemented the financial routine transaction business, not to carry out financial branches business to share common datas and cooperate seamlessly, whether supporting data synthetic analysis or serving for macro and micro ecnomincs forecast.This paper will give an introduction of a practical application of data swapping technology in GFMIS. After a thorough analysis of situations and projects of current information system of Suzhou Finance Bureau(the same like others in china,which are different structures systems, existing information sharing hardship), based on SOA infrastructure, ESB module, bring up the overall solution of finance data exchange platform, which is based on data interchange platform management, and simplification the intergradations of different operation system, solidifying the data exchange protocol, and giving a XML module arithmetic, which enabled the whole system has one standard data type, with the proof of the well performance system intergradations, it resolve the data exchange problem of GFMIS effectively.Above technology has been implemented,verified and applied in the finance data exchange platform of Suzhou finance bureau, it showed the effectiveness of solving the information sharing hardship and information islands problem of finance information system construction.
