Experimental method is one of the empirical methods, which is famous for its scientificity and preciseness. The intension of Management experimental method is very rich, it mainly includes logistice model, internal validity and external validity, types of management experimentation, design of experiment, the procedure of management experiment, et al. The application of experimental method in management refers to multidisciplinary contents. Experimental economy provides a sample for the development of experimental management.Experimental management can use the experience of variables measurement from experimental psychology for reference, because of the similar research objects they have.The design of experiment is major premise of the implement of experiment, moreover, is the critical chain which insures the validity of the experimental research.The design of experiment (DOE) is the critical chain in management experimentation. By appearance, the design of experiment is only an action of the experiment. In fact, the more important aim of the design of experiment is insuring the validity of the experimental research. The design of experiment directly influences the scientificity and preciseness of experimental research.The design of experiment includes factors, principles and method, et al, and concerning more deep layers of mathematical statistics.Management experimentation can be divided into two tipical types: laboratory experimentation and quasi-experimentation design based field research (QEDFR). QEDFR is an efficient research method, was drawing attention by foreign scholars. QEDFR is using the mind of DOE to make up for the lacking of controlling of external variables in field research.At present, lacking the controlling of external variables is the mainly problem in domestic field experimentation. Using QEDFR and the method of comparison design of experiment, can improve the validity of field experimentation.Using experimental method, this paper proved that OB training can improve group cohesion level significantly, and had two important discoveries: (1) Failure or unpleasant group cooperation experience is the immediate cause that lead to the decline of goup cohesion. (2)The high level of E personality is the important cause that lead to the difficult of group cooperation, especially in group decision making. This paper constructed an linear-reggression model for forcasting the effectiveness of group cohesion made by OB training.
