80 years from the last century, in order to solve the shortfall of domestic funds, technology and management gaps in two-gap, such as multiple issue, vigorously introduce foreign direct investment in China; after 30 years of opening up and development, China has become the world's largest country in attracting foreign investment, FDI in promoting economic growth in China occupies a pivotal position. Study: foreign direct investment through the investment of domestic capital accumulation and technology diffusion, etc., directly or indirectly affects the host country's economic growth, broadly referred to as the spillover effects of FDI. FDI spillovers in fact occurred is not unconditional. It absorbs by the host country, industry competition, and technological gap between financial development and other factors. This paper is to examine the standing of financial development perspective FDI spillover benefits. Found that the more developed financial market can improve the host country or region to provide convenient financing channel, thereby facilitating a host country or region's external financing through the facilitation of improved production technology to promote its regional economic growth. The relatively slow regional financial development affect FDI spillover effects will happen? FDI inflows to China were up to nine provinces and the eastern part of the relatively small FDI inflows as the western provinces of nine samples, the use of panel data model to compare the level of financial development in these areas of difference between the impacts of FDI spillover benefits.By examining the data related to the basic conclusion drawn: FDI is to promote rapid economic growth east and west of the important factors in the sample period, the financial impact of the credit factor is the occurrence of FDI spillover affects an important factor. The east and west there are some differences; this difference mainly in the financial and credit factors on the role of FDI spillover effects. 2003 - 2009 period, nine western provinces is positive FDI spillover effects, FDI is a sample of nine provinces of the west during the important factor of economic growth, but in the sample during the nine western provinces FINANCE * FDI on GDP growth effect is negative, mainly due to the level of financial development in the western provinces less than nine, the financial credit markets are not fully made sheets, the spillover effects of FDI has obvious restraining effect; and in the east, FINANCE * FDI entry regression coefficient is positive, that the level of financial development in the eastern provinces and the whole nine high in the west, filling the financial and credit market development, it has a positive spillover effect of FDI promotion role, but nine provinces in the eastern part of the sample becomes the role of FDI during the period was not significant, from this point We can see that nine provinces in eastern FDI spillover effects through the investment as long as there will be growth phase. Occurrence of FDI spillovers requires higher external environmental conditions. The existence of the door threshold, only the area above the door threshold is financial development; FDI spillover effects can be effectively realized. Therefore, to create a favorable financial environment, fostering a high financial and credit markets, help FDI spillover effect of the play.
