From the shen yuan ye ,dong fang guo lu,qiong min yuan, hong guang shi ye to zhen bai wen,mai ke te ,yin guang xia,dong fang dian zi ,and other companies all reflect the lack of financial transparency issues of listed companies in China's capital market. Therefore, transparency of accounting information of listed companies as the research topic can largely promote the healthy development of emerging capital markets.The main problem of this paper is a measure of the transparency of accounting information and its influencing factors. This article contain six chapters, the first chapter is introduction. The introduction describes the background and main contents, and describes the research method and research ideas. Chapter II review the relevant literature for accounting transparency. Reviewed in detail the meaning of the transparency of accounting information, methods of measuring the transparency of accounting information, influence factors of domestic and international and economic consequences .And on this basis, the proposed accounting information used in this paper measure of transparency, the paper that, in our current system environment and information environment, the best option is to use surplus radical degree (EA). The Chapter III is the theory of the origin of accounting information transparency .The fourth chapter is status of transparency of accounting information .The chapter IV is empirical research design. Specifically addressed the choice of sample data, the definition of variables and calculation of models and assumptions, research program. Propose the research hypotheses from the six factors which influence the Transparency of accounting information. On this basis, surplus radical degrees (EA) to measure the transparency of accounting information, the use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression models and other methods of accounting information of listed companies on the transparency of the factors affecting an empirical test. Empirical tests show that financial leverage (LEV) and the transparency of accounting information was a significant positive correlation, ST / PT firms has less transparent accounting information. Nature of ownership (SOE) and the transparency of accounting information were negatively correlated; it is mean that state-owned enterprises accounting information transparency of listed companies is low. Chairman and general manager were unit unity (DUAL) will reduce the transparency of accounting information of listed companies. However, the proportion of independent directors (RID) compare with the transparency of accounting information is not significant, which is consistent with previous research findings, indicating that the independent directors of listed companies in China is basically set up in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, but in fact its accounting information the role of transparency is very limited. In addition, the greater of company's assets (LNAD) can lead to the higher transparency of accounting information. In the empirical study, based on the findings of this study are summarized and categorized. Chapter 6 puts forward to improve the transparency of the accounting information advice. Chapter 7 of this article is the conclusion of the study, this paper put forward the summary of the limitations and future research Suggestions for improvement.
