With the reform, opening-up and the economic development, our tourism market is active, the future will also be more broad. Following is the growing Economy Hotel growing day by day, springing up like mushroom growth world-wide in China. According to the material of Tianxiang Investment company, in 2000 the quantity of Chinese economy chain-like hotel was more than 200, but it had already achieved nearly 180,000 rooms and 188 Chain-like brand in 2007, among them, the Seven-days Inn chain-like hotel develops fast continuously in 2006--2007 by nearly 400% shops the rate of rise. The economical hotel competes for the property, opens new shops, has disbursed the large amount cost. In order to seize the source of tourists, the promotion occupancy rate, re-steams the fund as soon as possible, the Economy Hotel have to reduce prices, to try hard to attract the customer by the low price.The Economy Hotel's profit is limited, reduces prices the space to be very small. In the past few years, the various Economy Hotel has devoted in hitting the price war, raises the occupancy rate with the low price. Nowadays, various Economy Hotels'price hastens basically with, the same land sector has a sexual intercourse the price is almost the same (see chart 1), the Economy Hotel must improve the grade of service to promote the occupancy rate. At present, many commercial public figures, the white-collar also choose the Economy Hotel, they have more requests of the service of the hotel. The economy chain-like hotel price is low, the profit is small, cannot provide the star level hotel's all aspect high-quality service, they can only provide the service which emphatically the customer more regards. The customer's redundant purchase intention cause the redundant purchase behavior directly the production, therefore this article studies the grade of service to be redundant to the customer purchases the intention the influence to have certain practical significance. At present the SERVPERF model evaluation grade of service has not utilized until the Economy Hotel industry. Therefore, this article has certain theory significance based on the SERVPERF model study economy chain-like hotel grade of service.This article divides into the following several parts:Introduction part, this part of main introduction this article research background, research significance, research goal, research method and frame. The textual material, mainly divides into four parts. The first part is the literature summarizes, introduced that the Economy Hotel, the grade of service, the customer are redundant purchase the intention the correlation theories, as well as the grade of service and the customer are redundant purchase the intention the related research;proposes this article place of innovation. The second part refines the Economy Hotel grade of service constitution factor, is mainly proposes based on the SERVPERF model. The third part is the empirical study, proposed that the research supposition and confirms the supposition. The fourth part is the conclusion and the suggestion.
