Research On Production Flow Assessment Of Manufacturing Company

At the beginning of 20th century, the idea of process has been mentioned in Paul Taylor's workbook, and once the concept of process was put forward, it got more and more attentions from scholars as well as entrepreneurs. The cognition and understanding of process increase from the initial process redesign to current process management. Many foreign scholars put lots of efforts into studying business process and got many achievements especially after the theory of process management coming out, which lead the research into a new period. Process management is a circle of cognition,establishment,operation and optimization. This paper focused on the methods of process evaluation at the first stage of the process management-cognition which not so many studies about.After analyzing current research on process management and evaluation, it can be found that those process access researches are to evaluate whether the efforts of process achieve the goal which has been set when considering establishing a performance evaluation on the whole processing. Whereas, business processes are in various developments, goal changes with the developments, when the efforts can't achieve goals, the key points of problem couldn't be traced back. With this limitation, the paper penetrated into processing, to find the optimization points and establish a continuable improvement model.It broken down into business process using IDEFO methods based on Porter's value chain, established a model which consist of four system hierarchical functions (process meta,process node, process and process group) combined with business process hierarchy. The model was the foundation of follow-up study, as performance evaluation system was based on process node, deep into the inner process. It adopted one TFT-CLD modeling production process as a real study example; established every performance evaluation unit for each process node based on the data from this production company, analyzed the optimization points within quality,efficiency,cost,information and risk these five dimensions to find the countermeasure for improvement.It conducted as studying theory, establishing system model, constructing performance evaluation system and analyzing the efforts to find solutions,to establish the process model and the evaluation system based on process nodes, its system approach could also be a reference for other type of process evaluation although it took TFT-LCD modeling production process as the example.
