In recent years, China is searching the way of growing faster and better guiding by the scientific development view and the theory of building harmony society. Researchers think much of how to improve the efficiency of non-profit organization, and there are more and more researches about its problems. These researches mostly focus on its concept and function; some only study the case by empirical analysis. This paper studies the non-profit organization under this background.This article researches the managers in non-profit organization by empirical analysis, and acquires data from questionnaire. In previous researches, there are many discussions about the index and model of the non-finance performance in non-profit organization, but lack of a uniform conclusion. The study on management control in non-profit organization is new. People have deferent views on how to import management control in non-profit organization, how to bring it into play and so on. Up to now, there aren't any papers about the relation between management control and the non-finance performance in non-profit organization, also there is not any regression model about it. So this article is valuable.In order to find out the determinant that has significantly association with the non-finance performance. This paper chooses the determinants of non-finance performance in non-profit organization as the independent variables, founds complete regression model about it. The conclusion of this paper is helpful to improve the mode and performance of management control in non-profit organization, and achieve the aim of health and sustainable development.
