The Application And Study Of The Concept Of Comprehensive Safety Management In The Operation Of Large Recreation Facilities

To the operation enterprise, the safety is the based of its existence and development. Good safety keeps the other work develop rule, Or else, it will effect the general operation of enterprise, especially the enterprise image and the overall benefit.Nowadays, that the problem of large recreation facilities safety is getting more and more severely, of which the public character and entertainment, make the accidents of large recreation facilities more effect than what in production. And it gets more public attention. Therefore, the most important task of operation enterprise for the large recreation facilities is to care for the human life, and feasibly principle and improve the safety.This paper focuses on how to strength the operation management of large recreation facilities based on the concept of comprehensive safety management. There are the two following aspects have been studied in this paper: firstly, put forward that the most important of strengthen the large recreation facilities safety is to carry out the comprehensive safety management and apply the concept of comprehensive safety management to build the overall safety management system of recreation facilities. Secondly, apply PDCA cycle method to carry out the task of the safety improvement.This study has a strong character of utility and reference for raising the management level of large recreation facilities in our country.
