The Research On The Influence Of TMT Characteristics And Incentives To The Growth Of The Listed Companies On GEM

At present, China's GEM is in the rapid growth and gradually perfect period. Major global GEM's experience show that the listed company's growth is the core of GEM's development. GEM's company relative with motherboard listed company, its biggest particularity lies in its high growth. Therefore, how to evaluate GEM company's growth, and then explore what factors will affect GEM company's growth, become the core problem of the public company listed research.This article selects the GEM company's growth as paper topic, the purpose is to explore the influence TMT characteristics and incentives to GEM company's growth based on the assessment GEM companies. It has certain significance for the continuous and steady development in China's GEM.Firstly, we choose 109 manufacturing companies in China's GEM as research samples, from the profit ability, the growth ability, the expansion ability, the safe ability and the innovation ability 5 latitude 13 item indexes by using principal component analysis to sample the company's growth to evaluate and calculation growth score, as a follow-up study of the dependent variable.Secondly, we use correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the respective impact of them to GEM companies'growth from the executive team characteristics (biographical feature, executive team executives team heterogeneity characteristics, executive team political relational) and senior management incentive (executive salary incentive, executives equity incentives) two aspects.Finally, based on the empirical research results, this paper puts forward some beneficial suggestions to China GEM companies'continuous development, promoting China GEM's development.
