In this paper I focus on the impact of the contemporary American financial crisis on the world. In the modern world, the most developed and complex financial system is in American. After the crisis, various academic schools made in-depth analysis but none of them can occupy the dominant position of the theory. The complexity of the crisis is evident. I believe that this financial crisis's direct source is U.S. subprime mortgages. Such mortgages repackaged by investment banks in the world market, to extend the credit chain, to expand the risk, the chain fracture by external influence, causing knock-on effects, the outbreak of the crisis. The source of this crisis because of the outbreak in a virtual economy, making the U.S. financial crisis and the previous distinction between the financial crisis. This is why many scholars in the study of the financial crisis did not start from the Marxist theory of economic crisis, but through the perspective of Western economics reasons. I think this is not the right direction. Marx's theory of the virtual economy of financial crisis, the discussion can still be applied to the analysis of the financial crisis which, and to help us see the nature of the crisis. And the underlying reason is that the real economy and the emergence of the virtual economy of uneven development of supply and demand, and when this happens, the Government did not play its due role in time. At this point the action of a powerful and effective than the U.S. government, the impact of the financial crisis has not yet fully expanded in our country, our government had taken a sensible macro-control policies, allowing the crisis to minimize the impact on China.I combined Marx's theory of financial crisis with my point of view, conducted my own exploration. This paper contains three parts: introduction, body, and conclusion. The body is divided into four chapters. Themes and main ideas of each are as follows: The first chapter is Introduction. This part summarized the theoretical value and practical significance of doing this topic. Make a literature review about the research has been done by scholars worldwide. And a brief description of this paper's structure, then pointed out that innovation to be studied about this problem.Chapter Two is about Marx's financial theory. I investigated from three aspects: monetary theory, capital theory, bank theory, as these are the foundation of the financial system. I investigated the nature, functions, characteristics, and the circulation of the three objects. And I discussed their modern development. In the modern world, the field of economic theory is dominated by Western economic theory. Under this condition, if we want to explain the phenomenon of today's economy, especially the phenomenon of this particular financial crisis by using Marxist theory, we should go back to the basis of Marx's theory about the basis of the financial system running. Only by this way, we can see through the nature of the phenomenon of today's economy.Chapter Three focuses on the Marx's theory on economic crisis. Based on the second chapter, this part I discussed the circulation of money, capital flows, the virtual economy, credit system and the relations between these and the economic crisis. In the field of Marx's theory , economic crisis occurred because of the overproduction, essentially. It is the effective demand of working people less than production has been produced. Its root is the capitalist mode of production, that is, the contradiction between the socialization of production and capitalist private ownership. From the discussion process, the crisis stage is the stage to meet the demand of goods, which is the circulation stage. Therefore, this chapter discusses the circulation of currency and capital, and two things are produced in the circulation process: virtual economy and credit system.Chapter Four analyzes the characteristics of the American's financial crisis , causes, response, effectiveness, and the experience. For the U.S. financial crisis, domestic and foreign scholars have been deeply discussed in various fields, this paper analysis this financial crisis combines financial theory of Marxism. Chapter Five discusses the impact of financial crisis for our country. From macroeconomic, foreign trade, financial markets, etc. are discussed. By the impact of this financial crisis, measures China adopted and the effectiveness of these measures, I analyze the experience we should bear in mind. In which we could make the healthy growth of China's financial markets, to benefit the nation.
