Development Strategy Of The Private Equity Investment Trust Of China

With the development of private equity in whole global and the large amount of PE fund invest China enterprise , it promote the rapidly growth of our local private equity market.As an effective organizational model, the private equity investment trusts is receiving increasing attention by majority of investors and financial institutions. So, this paper analyzes the conception, actuality and the superiority and inferior position between three organization model of PE, then focuses on the problem of private equity development in China and gives some advice after study the operational mechanism and the obstacle.Corporation, contract and partnership, as the organization model of PE, have their own status in different countries as per economic,politic,juristic. This paper compare these model from juristic, the avoidance of double taxation, investment management efficiency of risk management and many other aspects,then indicate that the private equity investment trust is the best choice of China at present. Finally, this paper is trying to give some suggestions on the base of in-depth analysis of China private equity investment fund with the status problem,such as the quit channel,the ability of investment management and juristic. Taking consideration of the international financial conditions and the PE development overseas and domestically, we expatiate the important meaning of PE investment to Chinese economic development.
