On Fiscal Policy To Promote The Development Of Strategic New Industry In Hebei Province

It is of vital inportance to develop strategic new industries for the transformation of economic development in Hebei Province. With the increase in the financial support to promote the development of strategic new industries both home and abroad, it is necessary for the government of Hebei Province to exploit all available resources, to enhance policy support, to improv comprehensive integration of supporting channels and to peed up the training and development of strategic new industries so as to achieve a historic breakthrough in industrial development.This paper, at first, discusses the strategic content of the emerging industries, the basic features of fostering the development of emerging industries of strategic theory and policy.
