Study On The Relationship Between Talent Resources And Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province Based On SVM

As the great western development policy put forward, the government has increased theinvestment to the Midwest especially in the West area. Shaanxi has made a lot ofachievements in economic and cultural fields. However, compared with eastern provinces, theaverage growth rate of Shaanxi province still exist obvious gap with backward economy, andcontrast, the education scale and quantity of Shaanxi province ranks third in China just fallbehind Beijing and Shanghai. What is the relation between talent resources and economicgrowth? Why talent resources and local economy don't develop coordinated? Why talentresources don't translate into local economic advantage? In order to solve the above problem,this paper mainly does the following:(1)Definite the conception of talent resources and economic growth Set up the TalentResources Index System and the Economy Development Index System with the datacollection.(2)Established the relation model between Shaanxi talent resources and economicgrowth based on SVM and the BP neural network, and SVM model can predict economicgrowth according to the talent resources index more accurate than BP through the contrastanalysis.(3)Summarized the existing problems in the utilization of Shaanxi talents resource bythe comparative analysis with other provinces about talent resources in Shaanxi province,theeconomic growth and the talent resource utilization.(4)Proposed some countermeasures and suggestions according to the theoretical andempirical analysis results, as well as the existing problems in talent resources utilization .
