Under the market economy, the development of agricultural industrialization is propitious to management scale and saving investment cost of agriculture, and heighten competitiveness of agriculture. Since enter WTO, agriculture in China is confronted with press of competitiveness more and more seriously, for this block agriculture development and farmer's income in China. The situation of our country indication: agricultural industrialization is very important for development of agriculture and rural economy and is method for heightening international competitiveness in China.This thesis analyzes the current situation, problem and reasons of agricultural industrialization, explores the development mode, proposes the suggestion and solution to resolve problems, and discusses completely about boost rural economy development and farmer's income.
