Along with the increasing advance of financial marketizsation, urban commercial banks are facing the following foremost conflict: their original capital fund and capital structure are not correspondingly replenished and optimized in the wake of the gradual expansion of business scale and assets.Firstly, this thesis, on the basis of the theory of capital structure, presents a theoretical analysis of the interactive relationship among commercial bank's financing structure, capital structure, equity structure and corporate governance by adopting the method of empirical. Secondly, through the analysis of the unreasonableness of financing structure and equity structure and proposes that the crux of the problem is capital structure.
