With the advent of knowledge society and the advance of science and technology, technological factors are exerting more and more contributions to economic development, which makes the research on the income apportionment of technological factors an important and also promising topic. However, currently most technology-oriented enterprises are facing the dilemma and difficulties to attract and retain qualified technological personnel. The reason for this dilemma is the problem with the apportionment of income to these persons; consequently making them get unsatisfied with their salary. So, it is really urgent to find out a solution to these problems related to the income apportionment. For this sake, I have selected some technological enterprises in Zhejiang as the research objects, and obtained the first-hand materials by means of questionnaires and interviews. Moreover, I have also investigated some second-hand literatures about this topic and made an analysis and comparison between different combinations of income apportionment involving technological factors, thereby I designed one optimum scheme for income apportionment of technological factors. Finally, to test the research result, I selected one typical technological company in Zhejiang Province for the feasibility investigation of above-mentioned apportionment schemes.The conclusions for the above research are as follows:1. Income apportionment for technological factors should not take one single form, but rather use different combinations of multiple apportionments.2. These multiple income apportionment should embody both short term and long-term incentives.3. For different companies and technological personnel, diversified means of income apportionment should be employed.
