The Research Of Increasing Peasant's Income And Agricultural Policies

The problem of increasing peasant's income is an important problem in our country today. Whether can we continually and quickly increase peasant's income and cultivate a long-effect mechanism of it or not , it decides whether the national economy can keep its persistent, high-speed and sound development or not and whether the goal of China well-off society in an all-round way can be realized or not .Form agricultural policy angle , with depending on it, especially, agricultural supporting and protecting policy, cultivating a long-effect mechanism of increasing peasant's income give a new idea and effective reference for solving the three agric-problems .The paper conduct the research of increasing peasant's income and agricultural policies -taking Yang-gao County Gu-cheng village as an example as subject, and analyses from three aspects: theory exploration, positive research and strategy design.At first, by combing the basic theory of increasing peasant's income with the appraising of the past theory, it gives a new theory which increases the peasant's income depending on policy.
