The Modeling And Application Of Pension Fund Of Urban Employees In Jiangxi Province

Many scholars make research on current pension insurance system of China, model the yearly income and expenses of pension fund and forecast its future solvency, but few study on pension fund of one province. According to the policy of the current pension insurance system, this dissertation analyze pension fund of urban employees in Jiangxi province ,build society pooling account balance model and individual account balanced model.In this dissertation, on the basis of forecasting population of Jiangxi by the discrete Leslie model,it get employees in active service and retired employees in pension insurance system , and forecast the balance of society pooling account. A sensitive analysis is given to find factors that affect shortage of pension insurance funds. Based on the analysis, it make some suggestions and countermeasures aiming at solving the problems facing current pension insurance system and explore the feasible methods to increase the value of pension in a province. All these are viewed as theory support for the improvement and sustainable development of pension insurance system of China.
